Well, still no CO. However, the landscaping is done except for a few rolls of sod. It is so disappointing not to be able to move in yet.

Still waiting on the CO; some controversy over the 2009 vs 2007 code in regard to the Zip system roof and spray-in foam insulation. Rough clean-up was begun yesterday and finished today. The painters finished interior touch-ups yesterday and the interior trim carpenter removed the flexible shoe molding around the 1st stair step riser. Today, Progress Energy put-in the meter, the last coat of floor finish was applied, and the landscaper continued the work they began yesterday.

Yesterday was a rain-out, but today lots was accomplished. Also, some things were done Monday that we could not take photos of until today.

• Mirrors, towel bars, and shelves up in baths
• Final electrical, plumbing, and mechanical inspections passed
• Shoe molding being installed
• Second coat of Waterlox(R) on floors
• Final wall and trim paint in-progress
• Parking area back steps completed
• Interior door hardware installed
• Bifold doors for laundry area installed

• plumbing final inspection passed
• minor discrepancies on electrical and mechanical finals
