July is off with a BANG! All the fiberglass batting insulation went in today and the insulation inspection is scheduled for tomorrow. The drywall should be loaded and delivered either tomorrow or Friday. Still not sure when the drywall will be installed, but hope to see it ready for taping and mud sometime next week.

Mike and Wally got the master deck sleepers installed. They also cut and placed the decking on the sleepers without nailing them. They were careful to place ice and water shield over the membrane where it turned up at the walls.

Pete had them do a mock-up of the parapet wall that will run down the roof to the railing for the master deck. They will wrap the underlayment with ice and water shield as well as step flash the outside of the wall. The trim will be cut under the corner trim for the gable dormer (vertical trim in the photo).

Now THIS is getting EXCITING!
