Tuesday, March 31 resulted in much progress in flashing installation as well as some addtional plumbing.

A good bit more trim work today and the plumber put in a lot of the hot and cold water lines.

Construction Day 045
Some new exterior trim work was done today in spite of the weather. Duct tape has been put on all the exterior door thresholds to protect them during construction. More HVAC ducting went in to day as well.

Construction Day 040
Actually got some of the shingles installed today.
Nate got the back steps installed down to the landing and turn toward the parking area.
Still can't get over the awesome view from the master bedroom.

Construction Day 039
Well, they put the shingles on the roof today; LITERALLY, they carried the bundles up to the roof and strategically placed them for installation! Lots of new flashing, 2x12 bands, and front porch decking to show for today as well.
Framing was begun on some steps from the parking area up to the back deck.
The fireplace was installed today.

All the windows are in, only three more doors to go, most of the roof overhangs have been boxed, the 2x12 bands are in place, shingles may go on tomorrow.

More zip system taping, return boxing, and window installation today.
The whirlpool tub was also delivered today.
Only one window and three exterior doors to install until it is dried-in.
Plumbing rough-in began today.
